How do I get a membership?

 How do I get a membership?

Click the red "Buy Now" button with member price on a product webpage and that will put you in a shopping cart with member discount prices. You can add other products by clicking the "Continue Shopping" button .When you have all  poroducts you want in your shopping cart then click the "Checkout" button . If you need help or have questions call us at 720.929.9555 and setup your membership or call our Skype id: info.symmetry 

You should be emailed your member ID and password and website to login and manage your membership.

You should be sent a catalog with your first order.

A membership costs $10 per year.


If  I cancel my membership do I have to pay anything?

NO

There is no penalty or fee to cancel your membership.

But you may be better to stop your monthly order so if you decide later that you want to make an order then you still have your membership.


Can I be sent my products automatically each month so I do not have order all the time?

YES

When starting a membership your first order will setup your monthly order. If you do not want a monthly order or want other products then call us -or- you can turn off monthly ordering or make changes by logging into your account with your member ID and password. The login website and your ID and password will be emailed to you after making your order.

Remember to make any changes at least 3 days before what your current monthly order date (normally the day you started your membership unless you change it).


Do I have to buy a certain amount of products each year?

NO

But if you have referrals (people you have recommended) then you need at least 30 points each month to get your referral checks. The Genesis and Nutrapack are worth 30 points and if you need a list of products and their point values then please call or email us.

Is my membership good only in the United States?

NO ... your membership is good and can be used in any country that Symmetry has an office.

Can I use a debit card to pay for my membership and orders?

YES

If you have a monthly order make sure that you have enough money on the debit card to pay for your order two days before your ship date because if your ship date is on a weekend the order may be billed the Friday before.

Do members have to get an order every month?

NO

You can skip a month or not have monthly orders. If you do not have a monthly order then you will need to call
in your orders each time by phone.

If you have 100 points or more of products on your monthly order and your order ships before the 20th of the month then you will be sent the FREE PRODUCT for that month.
